PyrolTech+ keeps the enquiry process transparent. This page explains what the form collects, where it goes and how this site handles your information.
What the form requests.
The enquiry form asks for a description of your challenge, approximate volume or timeframe, location, constraints, name, organization, email and an optional message. Please do not provide confidential technical information, sensitive personal information or trade secrets in the form; those belong in a scoped engagement under a signed agreement.
Where a submission goes.
The form posts to FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, which emails your enquiry to the PyrolTech+ enquiry contacts. Two people receive every enquiry so that a reply comes within one business day. Submission leaves this website for FormSubmit’s confirmation screen.
Booking links open Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service, where its own terms and privacy information apply.
Before you submit.
Form entries stay in the current page while you move between steps. The site does not save draft form entries to its own database or local storage. Refreshing the page clears the draft.
When you submit, the delivery service and the recipients receive the information. Their processing and retention practices apply. Review FormSubmit’s terms and privacy information before sharing data.
Hosting and analytics.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting may process technical information, such as IP address and browser type, that is required to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. No advertising or marketing trackers are installed on this site.
